Ingredients:

8 slices bacon

15 ounces ricotta cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded

6 ounce Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded

16 ounce wonton wrappers

1/4 cup butter, salted or unsalted

1/4 cup bacon drippings

2/3 cup softened cream cheese

1 1/3 cups whole milk

1 tbsp garlic powder

Pinch of ground black pepper

1/3 cup pasta water

Method of Preparation:

Evenly place bacon slices on a baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Let it cool and then finely chop and set aside.

Collect 1/4 cup of bacon drippings and then set aside.

Mix chopped bacon, ricotta, mozzarella and 1/3 of the shredded parmesan cheese.

Place a teaspoon of the mixture at the center of the wonton wrapper.

Then fold the wrapper and forming like a triangle.

Then lay pieces of ravioli on the baking sheet and place in the freezer.

In a large pot, bring salted water into a boil.

Then add pieces of ravioli without overcrowding to avoid uncooked parts.

Once ravioli float, remove and place on a serving plate.

Meanwhile, place butter and bacon drippings in a saucepan.

Then add cream cheese and stir until smooth.

Then gradually add milk, remaining parmesan cheese, garlic powder and black pepper.

Constantly stir the mixture until the cheese has melted and the texture is smooth.

Pour the pasta water and stir until reached desired consistency.

Top ravioli with sauce and then serve.
